How to convert height between cm and feet
One inch is exactly 2.54 cm and one foot is 12 inches (30.48 cm). To convert centimeters, find the total inches first, then take out whole feet.
Inches = cm ÷ 2.54 · Feet = ⌊inches ÷ 12⌋ · cm = (feet × 12 + inches) × 2.54
Worked examples
